Handmade at the foot of the Pyrenean mountains, Koshi chimes are renowned for their exceptional craftsmanship.

Each chime is crafted using traditional techniques, with thin layers of bamboo veneer treated with natural oils for durability and resonance. Inside, eight metal rods are precision-tuned and welded to the base of the bamboo resonance tube, producing a harmonious sound rich in overtones.

Play the Koshi by gently holding its cord and moving it with ease, allowing its delicate tones to unfold with each motion. Or suspend it in the breeze* and let the wind compose a spontaneous, soothing melody.

Koshi chimes are available in four elemental tunings — Earth, Water, Fire, and Air — each offering a distinct tonal atmosphere.
